Docker Build Issue In /tmp folder

Description

I am Not able to run docker build command when my docker file is located in /tmp folder. But when i move the same file to other locations, I am able to build and run it. I am getting the following error when i try "docker build -t myapp ." in tmp folder :

ERROR: failed to solve: failed to read dockerfile: open /var/snap/docker/common/var-lib-docker/tmp/buildkit-mount4060162467/Dockerfile: no such file or directory

Reproduce

Goto tmp folder

cd /tmp

Create a Docker file

docker build -t myapp .

Expected behavior

BUILD SUCCESSFUL
