docker run hangs when port bind fails
Description
starting an auto remove container with a port configuration conflict hangs requiring the container to be destroyed from a separate process.
The reproduction is from part of the localstack start script. This bug causes the script to stall until the container has been deleted.
Reproduce
- docker run --rm --entrypoint sh -p 0.0.0.0:53:53/udp -p 0.0.0.0:53:53 localstack/localstack -c echo test123
Expected behavior
docker run process does not hang.
