Verifying credentials not finishing for Ubuntu

Description

[X ] I have tried with the latest version of Docker Desktop
[ X] I have tried disabling enabled experimental features

Expected behavior

Successfully Sign in

Actual behavior Screenshot from 2023-11-12 23-06-47

After sign in via web browser, Docker desktop hang with verifying credentials

Information It is totally reproducible
