Docker volumes created by docker desktop while non-root user will have invalid Mountpoint when running `docker volume inspect`

Description

docker volume inspect Mountpoint path should point to correct folder on host. The same incorrect path is reflected in docker GUI. this ONLY happens for docker compose deployments which are NOT run from root. a docker run command which creates a volume will work properly, and a docker compose up run as root will also work properly.

here's an example compose that can reproduce the issue:

Reproduce

1. run any docker compose which creates a volume as a non-root user over docker desktop

Expected behavior

running docker volume inspect <volumeID> on the newly created volume will return a valid Mountpoint, as is done when the same docker compose is set up with a root user.
