Ubuntu 22.04 LTS install issue

When attempting to follow the guide on install to Ubuntu I receive the following message co matter what I try

Note, selecting 'docker-desktop' instead of './docker-desktop-4.19.0-amd64.deb'

I have the .deb file in the current working directory so what am I missing?
