Fixed IP on predefined network

Description

When trying to set the IP of a Docker Compose container on a predefined network using the option "ipv4_address", Docker Compose complains that you need to set the IP subnet of the network which is not possible as it is already defined.

@geodic this sounds like a bug and not a feature request for now. Could you provide an example to reproduce this issue?
