When will the loongarch64 architecture be supported？

See upstream https://github.com/moby/buildkit/pull/4392 for the buildkit side of this.

I see no reason that buildx (the client side component) would not work today on loongarch - if you encounter issues compiling for it, then happy to take any required patches for it.
