Add a warning about breaking changes

This seems important after a recent breaking change (https://github.com/docker-library/postgres/pull/658), resulted in many confused and frustrated developers (https://github.com/docker-library/postgres/issues/681, https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/pull/7474#commitcomment-37304519)

It also occurred to me that perhaps this warning would be more useful and visible in the actual documentation on Docker Hub, so I've added a PR there as well: https://github.com/docker-library/docs/pull/1658

We probably don't need both - but in either case we should probably link one to the other, just so there's some visibility about this wherever someone arrives... (in my opinion)
