[Mongo] Initialization scripts in docker-entrypoint-initdb.d/ not working for Windows containers

As mentioned in https://github.com/docker-library/mongo/issues/604 it would be helpful to mention in the image description that the feature for image initialization is not working under Windows.

So I think, it would be good to add a note.
