Deploying workers to new R5 instance types

Expected behavior

Make use of the R5 instance type for workers to leverage the greater memory and CPU availability at a lower cost

Actual behavior

Docker For AWS supports the C5 and the M5 types but not the R5 type.

Docker For AWS supports the C5 and the M5 types but not the R5 type.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Attempt to deploy Docker For AWS using cloudformation, R5 instance types are not available for workers.
