Docker-compose version is old and does not support new compose-file version

Expected behavior

Have a docker-compose version more up-to-date

Actual behavior

The docker-compose version is old and does not support compose-file with newer version supported by the engine.

Information

$ docker-compose -v
docker-compose version 1.15.0, build e12f3b9

$ docker -v
Docker version 18.03.0-ce, build 0520e24

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Start a new Docker for AWS stable cluster.
