Support building on Windows

Current Makefile doesn't work on Windows so we need another way to compile it, or simply a set of Docker images and a compose file if that would work better.

I've pushed a release but w/o Windows binaries. I've added that to the Makefile and will release that after verification. I'm also going to publish the "builtin" images to Docker Hub so users don't need to build them by hand anymore.

@allingeek let's create an org on Docker Cloud, Image2Docker for now we can rename it, and push them there

@ManoMarks do you know of a lot of people wanting to run this vs. the other image2docker-win tool?
