Promotion at LXD homepage

There're link to third party client on this page. How about to add a web GUI there? What do you think?

@dobin his GUI has nice layout. It's more comfortable to end-user, but it is TypeScript hell for me as a programmer. I think we can coop with you to produce MVP and prepare first release candidate. After that I think we can ask someone from lxc team to place a link. Are you comfortable with CoffeScript?

@18augst I chose to use angular2 to anticipate the migration and angular2 is better with typescript. I have Travis which build the source code to release a package on https://github.com/aarnaud/lxd-webui/releases

At the moment i don't have any time to work on this. And contribution is appreciated

@aarnaud I was so upset, when learned almost everything about AngularJS and it introduced a new version in TypeScript. I can not understand main reason to do such thing. However if you can point me to it, I can totally change my opinion.

@dobin @aarnaud I hope we can come to an agreement and work together.
