滑动到底部再向上滑动时有bug

底部RecyclerView设置成match_parent,若果内容不足一屏，就显得很突兀。如果设置成wrap_content，则在上半屏的webview的滑动手势失效了。

如果宿主是老项目，新插件使用jetpack开发，可以正常对接吗
