Issues with Mapping

The main issue I am having is when I add a second playlist, or when the docker container restarts, my mapping gets altered and the only thing I can do is delete my playlists then re-add them and do all the mapping again.

As seen here, everything is correct for the channel, expect now it's pointing to a complete different channel. When you load the channel in Plex it will be streaming in the incorrect channel. It'll do this for a bunch of random channels so I'll have the same channel 2+ times throughout the mapping.

Another issue I'm having with the mapping is when my playlist gets a new channel then don't pop up in mapping. Say I added the M3U and it had 82 channel. 82 channels will show up in mapping. Then if 6 more channels get added then it'll say that there's 86 streams available and it'll say the correct number on the playlists tab. But when I go to mapping it will still only show 82 channels.

I've tried everything I can think of and I am all out of ideas. So not sure what's causing this behavior or how to fix it.
