AAPL,ig-platform-id需要改成05001C59 ，hdmi接口才可以工作

我经过反复遍历测试，平台id为0x591B0000时，无论怎样修改缓冲帧信息，hdmi接口都没法用。 将平台id改为05001C59核显仿冒hd615才可以正常使用hdmi接口，只是这个hdmi是1.4的，如果外接4k显示器只能设置为30帧，不然外接显示器会黑屏。 以下是我的缓冲帧信息，可以参考一下 截屏2023-02-17 14 40 25

当平台为05001C59时，睡眠/唤醒后屏幕不显示。（xps9550/i7）

Confirmed that this setting will fix black screen after wake up:

change AAPL,ig-platform-id to 00001B59 device-id 1B590000

screen will be dark for about 8 seconds, then it starts back up.

HDMI doesn't seem to be working, but if I use a type-C dongle, the external display works perfectly.
