Windows getting white in some apps

In Some Apps (thunar, mousepad, Minecraft) the windows get white and i can see nothing except a white window with window decorations as seen in the screenshot. I'm using focal with the targets: xiwi, xfce and extension. And my device is the Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5i Chromebook (lillipup). Can anyone help me with that?
