Unable to run Kali Linux after installing

Here are my results to running startxfce4

Issue: I have been trying for 4 hours scowering the internet for answers but none helped me. I am trying to run the Kali linux in the Developers Consoles place [CTRL + ALT + Forward (F3)] but nothing works

Just following the installation steps causes this, I've done nothing else
