xiwi does not work properly under a debian 10+e17 based chroot

Please describe your issue:

i got it to run, but it required running how the script does, but it does run quite right, a strange extra window appears with nothing(probably due to the xinit), and the toolbar is nonexistant, only having the icons

If known, describe the steps to reproduce the issue:

afaik simply getting as debian 10 chroot with the targets provided, though i wonder if making it exclusively xiwi woudl help
