Updated/Fixed storybook v9

This is not perfect as we are missing controls and stuff, but it brings storybook to the current latest version and it build and renders. I think we should merge this as is and improve the stories later as time permits. But at lease developers have a quick way to see each component which could help us also update some react dependencies quicker.
