[Bug]: Resource Manager module skips to parent folder when using Sync Folders

What happened?

When you select a subfolder in the file structure and use the "Sync this Folder and subfolders" this is what happens:

1. The tree collapses to a folder higher up in the tree
2. When you click that folder to navigate to the original folder, the first click does not do anything. (looks like the tree thinks it's open but it's not visible)

Steps to reproduce?

Current Behavior

Tree selected folder navigates up the tree it seems

Expected Behavior

The selected folder should stay selected
