[Bug]: Error 500 in GetPortalTab endpoint when opening host page settings such as the Telerik Removal page

What happened?

I have many host pages in my portal and when opening the page settings, I received an error in the GetPortalTab endpoint.

also we can't delete this page

Steps to reproduce?

1. Go to the Telerik Removal page
2. Click on edit mode
3. Click on page setting (current page setting)

Be it right or wrong, this is expected behavior because this is a Host page and not a Site page (Portal tab). The persona bar module for managing Page Settings was not built to handle pages with Host as their parent page. I agree it would be nice for this to be addressed though.
