[Bug]: Error when creating a new Extension

What happened?

Error when creating a new Extension of type Module.

Steps to reproduce?

1. Go to Settings -> Extensions > Create New Extension.
2. Extension Type: Module.
3. Leave NOT required field Name empty.
4. Fill out REQUIRED field Friendly Name
5. Click CREATE button

Current Behavior

Error: An unknown error has occured. Please check the admin logs for more information.

Expected Behavior

New Module Extension gets created.

Relevant log output

When NOT required field Name is filled out, no error occurs.

Affected Versions

9.13.0 (latest release)
