[Enhancement]: Remove Google Analytics (Legacy UA) Connector

Description of problem

With the introduction of the new connector, and the sunsetting of data processing for Universal Analytics by Google on 7/1/2023 this should no longer be included.

Description of solution

At a minimum, this should be removed from future distributions, starting with 10.x in both installation and upgrade scenarios.

Discussion should be had regarding the forceful uninstallation of the provider as well.

Description of alternatives considered

This could be left, but it is 100% non-functional at this time.

Anything else?

Issue #5700 renamed the provider from Google Analytics in display name only.

@dnnsoftware/approvers per https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11583528?hl=en some may be Google Analytics 360 customers and using Universal Analytics 360 properties. For them, they essentially are getting a year extension. Should we hold off until July 1, 2024 to remove the legacy UA connector from DNN, to accommodate those falling into this category?
