Description of bug

Date/time display of exported site is not correct formatted according to the culture used

Steps to reproduce

List the precise steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Install DNN with nl-NL default site
2. Click on 'PB; Import/Export
3. Export site, wait for result
4. See incorrectly formatted date/time

Current behavior

Date/time in US format

Expected behavior

In the correct date/time culture format if the site, e.g. dd-mm-yyyy, hh:mm:ss 24h
