No binary assets in 1.6.0, also no arm64 assets for darwin

Describe the bug Assets are all missing in the latest release 1.6.0. Also in the past 1.5.2 there is no arm64 binaries for darwin.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. https://github.com/dnnrly/abbreviate/releases/tag/v1.6.0
2. https://github.com/dnnrly/abbreviate/releases/tag/v1.5.2

Expected behavior future releases has darwin arm64 binaries.
