the users password to log into the site gets set as the share password if its saved to the browser.

This was using 10 gigs of memory before crashing on me today.

 Is this not what you are asking for? you can edit the share name when creating it. Also would using the description field not help keep track?

when i put something in the "name" field it shows up in my shares with that name. 

ohhh, is this a "reverse share"? if thats the case ignore everything i said, i dont use those so i cant advise.
