Svg colors and alphas by regions

Hello,

I have an svg file that contains regions like:

Lefthand, righthand, head, etc

How can I colorize and set the alphas differently in the svg realtime?

Basically I want to set the alpha to 15% on the left hand, 30% on the right hand, and so on. The color will be the same, grey Thanks
