...Added except clause that will catch TypeErrors and return 1 + the count of existing records

Not sure how to test this in the existing tests

Hi,

As noted in the README, development of factory_boy has moved over to https://github.com/rbarrois/factory_boy since 2011; I'm not monitoring issues opened on the historical repository.

I think the issue is actually fixed there, by the way.
