build in andrid and model waste time

sorry to bother you, I have a problem in compile mxnet version in android,. I have a question, in my cpu ;i5-4590 3.3Ghz, RAM 8GB ,i test my model for my own model is about 15ms, however ,when i transplant my model to my android phone about cpu:2.2Ghz RAM 4GB, it waste 2.5s ,i confused is there something wrong for me?
