LoadComponent() error various features

[smakwana05]

Trying to use Legends from Filters, or Room Data Sheets / Room Elevations / Room Plan View on the first click of any of these settings generates the same error and doesn't work. Room Data Sheets lets me select the room first and then produces the same error. This is in Revit 2022
