Room Elevations Creation Error

Hi all, We are looking to launch a new Revit template at our firm, and having pyRevit and pyChilizer as a standard use plugin for Room Data/Layout Sheets. However im getting this error when trying to create the elevations via room selection. I know it is either associated with the elevation marker that we are using (attached), or the template itself. I can not pin-point the issue though. Please see attached the error message I am receiving. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
