MIPS releases for v0.7.0

Hi,

I need the mipsel releases for OpenWRT routers. So, questions:

  • It's feasible to re-enable mips targets using rustc v1.70.0 instead to compile the mips targets?
  • What are the drawbacks if we run the mips client v0.6.0 with a phantun server v0.7.0?
