How to unbind the keyboard shortcut

Is there a way to unbind the Ctrl+Shift+V keyboard shortcut; this can be a huge problem for some users (like me) that need to have this key unbound and used in other plugins...

The keys in preferences does not show this bind so my current (unfortunate) solution for this was an uninstall...
