WMStats campaign filter does not work for campaigns defined within tasks/steps

Impact of the bug WMStats

Describe the bug Lately, I realized that WMStats campaign filter does not take into account the campaigns which are defined under tasks/steps. As far as I see, it only checks the campaign parameter defined in the outer level in request schema. For example, It does not show any request for this campaign: RunIISummer20UL18DIGIPremix However, there are active requests using it. For instance: https://cmsweb.cern.ch/reqmgr2/fetch?rid=pdmvserv_task_B2G-RunIISummer20UL18wmLHEGEN-00014__v1_T_201113_124100_6961 Campaign is defined within Task3 , not in the outer level.

How to reproduce it Check the example above

Expected behavior When I filter requests by a campaign, I expect to see every request whose configuration includes that campaign either in the outer or inner levels.

Additional context and error message None

not sure if this is still relevant, now that https://github.com/dmwm/WMCore/issues/10914 is closed
