Broken record mode - On AppleTV video highlights cause video to repeatedly skip

Describe the bug On certain videos (e.g. at the end of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyMrOQCpYhs) there are highlights and they seem to cause the AppleTV to repeat this section again and again.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup AppleTV (or perhaps any other) iSponsorblockTV device.
2. Try and play the above video.
3. It will repeatedly play the same few seconds of video over and over as if stuck in a loop.

Expected behavior The video plays as normal, only ads are blocked.

iSponsorBlockTV server (please complete the following information):

• OS: Home Assistant Addon

Apple TV (please complete the following information):

• Device: Apple TV 4k Latest Version
• OS: Latest version.

I've also seen it happen with some videos that have a sponsor spot right at the start
