Skipping ads disable subtitles

Describe the bug iSponsorBlockTV skips in-video ad segments, but when it does, if the user has enabled subtitles, they are no longer enabled after the ad skip.

To Reproduce

  1. Play a video with in-video ad segments
  2. Enable subtitles
  3. Wait for an ad to be played and then skipped
  4. The subtitles are disnabled

Expected behavior I expect subtitles to persist after ad skips.

iSponsorBlockTV server:

  • OS: Docker on Linux amd64
  • Version : latest

TV:

  • Device: Samsung 49Q60R
  • OS: Tizen X.XX?
