Error: Could not find NMS class

Can you tell me why I am getting an error like this? This class is available in NMS. Or am I confusing something?

Maybe you know a similar thing, but only for 1.20?

PacketWrapper hasn't been updated in a while. I'm working on remaking it, but that will take time
