Add MenuType EnumWrapper

Is this ever going to be implemented? Open window packets cannot be used properly because there's no way to set MenuTypes, only allowing you to display 1x9 containers

@dmulloy2 While I personally do no longer need enum wrapper fro menu type, I think it is still missing. And reopening an issue cannot be done by issue creators when someone else closes the issue.
