[1.12.2-Spigot] [BUG] Plugin conflict in Protocollib-v5.0.0-b602

Describe the bug After installing the RotatingHeads and HoloMobHealth plugin and entering the server and using the /rh create command, the resulting head material will not appear. It works fine in Protocollib-v4.8.0 version.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install RotatingHeads, HoloMobHealth and Protocollib-5.0.0-b602 plugin
  2. Enter Server
  3. Use /rh create command
  4. The generated RotatingHeads will not appear.

Expected behavior The adjusted items in the RotatingHeads plugin should appear.
