[2023] Is PacketWrapper still maintained?

Hello. Thought I'd ask that genuine question, since the last real update was made in 2020, adding 1.15 support. Since then, it seems that the project hit a dead stop. @dmulloy2 could we have an update on PacketWrapper's status? Thank you and take care!
