Sounds like something is missing. Did you run the fullbuild.sh from clean state or the separate pieces?
every time it stopped to build, I tried to fix the problem (e.g. in #13 ) and did ./fullbuild.sh again
Indeed it is very possible that... the things changed since I have updated last time sfa-mer in dmt4, please have a look in alinelena/sfa-mer

I see, there are many forks... don't you want to merge these forks?
There is one fork I am aware of merging will happen in good time after testing.
