Other similar tools for "subscribing" to blocklists, which are no longer functional today, used CSV files as a basis for blocking. Would it perhaps also be possible here to use such as parameters instead of the Twitter handles? So https://ichbinhier-twittertools.herokuapp.com/blocklists?csv=server.tld/list.csv
