Stuck at 0% for certain accounts/tweets

On certain accounts/tweets it scrolls through the usernames but at the end of it just says 0% with nothing to add to the que. I'm not sure why this happens it seemed like it happened for accounts that I had blocked before but I can't say that it's 100% certain because I do believe it still worked for accounts that I had blocked. I tried a different Twitter account and even reinstalled it but still the same problem stuck at 0% for certain accounts/tweets. I looked through some of the issues to compare but didn't find a solution and it seems different than others like the trash can isn't red or anything, the only problem just seems to be stuck at 0% for certain accounts/tweets there isn't anything else unusual. Really hoping this can be fixed as soon as possible
