its seem missing proper nodejs install.

you can use nvm https://github.com/nvm-sh/nvm install different node version.

What is production key

production key should be just the API_Key of google vision. Its just another key to enable for production env use (domain, quota limit...) . It also has free tier and billing cycling

Can you just share me a video of screen recording of how to setup .with full detail. I only able to access camera. Linking of api showing errors

If you are using vuejs, you can try https://github.com/kelvin2go/vue-cam-vision inspired by this repo. It may be easier to start with
