Move to SmallRye organization

Starting from version 26, I intend to move this project to the SmallRye organization.

  • [ ] Move to SmallRye organization
  • [ ] Change package name to io.smallrye.classfile (update patch management tools as well)
  • [ ] Update build process to use automated SmallRye system
  • [ ] Update README.md
  • [ ] Optional: OpenRewrite rules to migrate a project to new coordinates
