Please clarify license of bridger (ASL-2.0 vs LGPL2.1)

The current licensing of bridger version 1.6 is confusing. The license in the top level directory suggests this project is licensed under the Apache License version 2.0 but the files in the src directory are licensed under the LGPL 2.1. Please clarify the licensing.
