cuh file checking in scripts/lint.py

Hi there,

Could you please add cuh file in the following line: https://github.com/dmlc/dmlc-core/blob/dadcd97fdceb5f395e963b2a637f6ed377f59fc4/scripts/lint.py#L17

Also found this. 10 .cuh files in MXNet may fail lint.

I notice that cuh was removed in commit #b647be2. Any reasons? @piiswrong
