Reading I-frames only?

I was wondering if get_key_indices() function from video_reader returns the i-frames or there's another mechanism for finding the keyframes? https://github.com/dmlc/decord/blob/625e4b0d7894bee9f69d0813da1e380c882d92a4/python/decord/video_reader.py#L178
