Feature Request: pass on selection choices of manual resource pickers

Resources declared in orchestrated pipelines have a default version/ref/etc. but a manual override is possible. When the same resources are declared in the orchestration pipeline, it should be possible to pass on the values to the orchestrated pipelines.
